Progressive exercise routines for chronic back pain sufferers

85% of back pain is non specific. If you have been complaining to your doctor of lower back pain for several months and diagnosis is inconclusive you are probably still suffering without knowing what you can do to help yourself.

Avoiding movement or activity is the worst thing you can do, as the abundance of muscles around the spine and abdomen will weaken. We have designed a 6-stage progressive programme of exercises aimed at improving balance, core stability and posture.

Massage may also help relieve your pain. We can book you in with our remedial massage therapist or if you prefer to remain fully clothed we have an electronic massage bed that offers therepeutic programmes for back pain.
